RECEPTIONIST & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT



Liberty Woods International is a successful international importer of hardwood plywood headquartered in Carlsbad, California.  Our Corporation has been in business since 1985 and has since developed solid business relationships with our overseas suppliers, steamship companies, US ports of entry and valued customers in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.



We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team to assist with all

reception and front desk job functions.



Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls using a multi-line phone
Process customer invoices
Review freight invoices for accuracy and process for payment
Update and review customer credit files
Maintain office organization including filing, organizing, restocking, etc.
Purchase office supplies
Ship packages via FedEx, USPS, DHL
Assist Office Manager, Operations Manager, Credit Manager and Controller with special projects


Qualifications:

Data Entry (10-key) with high level of accuracy
Intermediate skill level in all Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word and Excel
Excel experience required
Dependable and punctual
Excellent communication and organization skills
Self-starter, goal oriented and high level of energy
Some College coursework required, Degree preferred (either AA or BA/BS)
At least 3 years of experience working in a professional office environment
